Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Specialist will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer support via calls, emails, and chats, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining effective communication with other departments for issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Contact Center skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for handling customer interactions professionally and empathetically
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with relevant software tools and technology
  • Ability to multitask and resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
