Role Description

We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join Derma Club Clinics. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing call queues, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and supporting the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
  • Experience in Contact Centers, with knowledge of call handling techniques and procedures
  • Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in a medical or dermatology setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage
