Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional Call Center Specialist with proven experience in CRM/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling clients across the Gulf and Levant regions, delivering exceptional support, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of cloud-based platforms, and the ability to manage client expectations in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Support clients with inquiries related to CRM/SaaS platforms
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes and platform usage
  • Troubleshoot client issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with company KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM and/or SaaS solutions (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Experience dealing with clients in the Gulf and Levant region
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud-based business platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Background in technology or software companies
