We are seeking a highly professional Call Center Specialist with proven experience in CRM/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling clients across the Gulf and Levant regions, delivering exceptional support, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of cloud-based platforms, and the ability to manage client expectations in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Support clients with inquiries related to CRM/SaaS platforms
- Guide customers through onboarding processes and platform usage
- Troubleshoot client issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain high service standards aligned with company KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM and/or SaaS solutions (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
- Experience dealing with clients in the Gulf and Levant region
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
