We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone and provide professional support until case closure. No prior experience is required the key requirement is strong proficiency in the required languages.
Work location: Makkah and Jeddah
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, clear information
- Handle complaints, document them, and escalate complex cases when needed
- Follow up on requests until resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update customer data and record notes accurately in the system
- Adhere to quality standards and response time requirements (SLA)
Requirements
- No experience required (suitable for entry-level candidates)
- Good computer skills (email, data entry, MS Office)
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in the following languages:
- Urdu
- French
- Malay
- Turkish
