Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced English-Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or call center environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including AHT, CSAT, quality scores, and productivity targets
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO (minimum 6 months 1 year preferred)
  • Fluency in English (B2C1 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work rotational shifts
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international accounts (UK, US, or Australian markets)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong multitasking skills
