Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role

• Previous experience in real estate companies is a must

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently

• V.Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
