Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and fluent Russian-speaking Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, customer inquiries, support requests, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in communication, especially with Russian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Russian-speaking customers professionally and in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and service information requests.
- Record customer details, call interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Provide accurate product/service information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Follow call center scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Support communication via phone, email, chat, and messaging channels when needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly KPIs related to call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full confidentiality and secure handling of customer data.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Russian & English (spoken and written) additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or tele-support environment preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in high-volume call environments.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems.
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
