Call Center Specialist

We're Hiring Call Center Agent

Location: Abbassia, Cairo

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and take customer orders

Enter orders accurately into the system

Assist customers and recommend menu items

Handle inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements:

1+ year experience in call center

Experience in F&B (Line Sushi is a must)

University degree

Military service completed (for males)

Good English

Strong communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Good typing skills & basic computer knowledge

Working Hours: 8 hours

Salary: Discussed in interview
