Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Advisor located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include handling customer queries and resolving complaints through various communication channels, including phone and email. The advisor will ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful responses, and maintaining a professional telephone manner. The advisor will also manage customer interactions effectively and provide feedback on common issues to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Working Conditions

  • Shift is 9 hours including 1 hour as a break.
  • 5 working days and 2 days off Salary is up to 18500 Net.
