Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Support Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing computer systems to manage customer information and interactions. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers and addressing their needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates only
  • Must be located near Nasr City
  • working hours : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Days off : Friday - Saturday
