Teleperformance Egypt is hiring English speakers (B1+level) for Customer Service Representative

. This is a full-time on-site position at New Cairo, assisting customers and ensuring excellent service.

What You'll Do (Training Provided and paid 100%)

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Assist with billing questions and basic technical support
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem solving

• Net salary 19K EGP+ (including KPIs in Euro equivalent)

Requirements

- University graduates
