Job Description:

• Lead the execution of End of Support (EoS) Links Swap Project across the network, ensuring the company target and time plan, also enhancing the network quality & customer experience accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of EoS links swap project across assigned regions.
• Ensure smooth migration and replacement of legacy links with minimal customer/service impact.
• Identify project risks, operational challenges, and service impact scenarios to develop the mitigation plan.
• Monitor the project KPIs.
• Act as technical support to field operation teams.
• Follow up dismantle of old links ensuring safe and healthy return to the warehouses.
