Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Call Centre Advisor for night shifts, based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support via phone or other communication channels, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service experiences. Advisors are expected to navigate systems efficiently, follow established processes, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of customers while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and empathy.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to navigate computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and meet schedule requirements.
