Calling Executive

Description

We are seeking a motivated Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, where they will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in conversation.
• Provide information about products and services to customers and address their queries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
