The Role of the Application Support Specialist in Treasury (IT) is to provide L1/L2 support to Treasury - Business Unit across functional areas Front Office, Market & Credit risk, Finance and Operations. The specialist is expected to work in close coordination with the Treasury - Platform team to resolve/clarify any issues reported by business units.
8+ years of being in/around Calypso Production Support
- Strong understanding of Calypso architecture and required deployed services
- Good experience in Calypso Trade WF, Pricing and Workstation Reports
- Good experience in Calypso - Back Office Operation for Trade/Transfer & Messages
- Strong understanding of Derivatives
- Good understanding of Cash Products
- Good experience in Oracle Database
- Good experience in UNIX
- Experience in Calypso ERS/FOWS
