Campaign & Shutdown Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of campaigns and shutdowns, ensuring compliance with HSE.
- Collaborate closely with offshore and onshore teams to develop detailed execution and HSE plans.
- Coordinate contractor activities to achieve safe and timely delivery of all scopes of work.
- Support campaign/shutdown planning, logistics, materials, and manpower mobilization.
- Participate in lessons-learned and continuous improvement initiatives post-execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or relevant industry experience).
- Proven experience in campaign/shutdown management within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong planning and coordination skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project knowledge preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP CMMS.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and medically fit for offshore work.
