Capital Raising - Private Markets

Greenstone is expanding its Investor Relations platform in Dubai and is hiring high-calibre IR professionals across multiple levels. Relocation to Dubai is supported.

This is a front-office, revenue-generating role with real ownership and accountability. You'll work closely with senior leadership and top-tier global Fund Managers, raising capital from sophisticated institutional investors across the GCC.

The role

• Own end-to-end fundraising across private equity, private credit, venture, and real assets
• Build and manage relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, and investment firms
• Lead investor outreach, meetings, roadshows, due diligence, and closings
• Work directly with Fund Managers to position strategies credibly to institutional allocators
• Operate in a high-performance environment with clear KPIs and progression

The profile

• Experience in capital raising, fund placement, institutional sales, or IR
• Commercial, relationship-driven, and results-focused
• Confident engaging senior institutional investors
• GCC experience and Arabic a plus, not required
