Summary-

As a Captain in F&B All Day Dining, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to deliver a memorable dining experience to guests.

Job Responsibility-

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining area, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they understand service standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and overall ambiance.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience as a Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
