Job Description
Summary-
As a Captain in F&B All Day Dining, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to deliver a memorable dining experience to guests.
Job Responsibility-
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining area, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they understand service standards and procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and overall ambiance.
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience as a Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the F&B industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
