Car care manager

We are seeking an experienced Car Care Manager to oversee PPF operations and ensure the maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicles are carried out to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will manage both technical teams and vehicle care processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations and quality control
• Supervise vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair activities
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, and service advisors
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to premium standards
• Schedule servicing, inspections, and repairs efficiently
• Monitor workshop workflow, tools, and consumables
• Maintain service records and vehicle history
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and SOP standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car care, detailing, or automotive workshop management
• Strong knowledge of PPF, detailing, and vehicle maintenance/repairs
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle premium and luxury vehicles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
