Car Care Operation Manager for SAUDI ARABIA

As anOperations Manager Saudi Arabia, you will oversee the daily operations of our car care division in the Kingdom, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional service quality, efficient manpower utilization, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your strong understanding of detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, PPF, tinting, and overall car care operations will be critical to successfully managing and scaling the Saudi branch.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the car care center in Saudi Arabia (detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, PPF, tinting, etc.).
• Plan and optimize job scheduling, technician workload, and service delivery timelines.
• Monitor operational workflow to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and manage technicians and service staff on-site.
• Track and control inventory, tools, and consumables used in daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of car care staff.

• Proven experience managing or operating within a car care or detailing center.
• Strong technical knowledge of car care services: detailing, polishing, PPF, ceramic coating, tinting, etc.
• Minimum5 years of experiencein operations or workshop management within the car care industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with workshop management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required;Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is preferred.
