- Handle visa and MasterCard chargeback cases.
- Follow all visa and MasterCard regulations including new updates
- Open communication channels with other bank
- Ensure that the accounting cycle of Visa, MasterCard and EBC switch are in order
- Ensure that the system GLs are well defined and mapped
- Reconcile Cards operations GLs
- Handle outstanding sheet and ensure no aged items are pertaining to cards area.
- Take over authorization throughout cards operations various functions (settlement, maintenance, reports, etc.)
- Coordinate with cards operations UAE
- Act as cards operations unit manager in her absence
- Efficient handling of chargeback cases leading to zero operational losses
- Implement robust controls to minimize error margin
- Stay updated with all MasterCard and visa new regulations.
- Ensure MIP and Accruals are prepared accurately and reported on time.
