Providing career guidance sessions and workshops, and preparing special reports for improvement and development purposes as part of the job description.
Working to assist students by providing career guidance services to help them identify their professional and academic interests and abilities, through which students become aware of their future choices that align with their capabilities and potential, in accordance with the required service standards, and assisting them in the following:
Linking them to the appropriate educational and training pathways.
Helping them develop a guidance plan.
Providing and introducing the available guidance services, including but not limited to (workshops, participation in professional events and forums, interest assessment tools).
Delivering workshops and group and individual career guidance sessions for male and female school students in both the public and private sectors, as directed by the program management, with the aim of raising the level of career awareness and professional development among students, and supporting early preparation and planning for the labor market. The guidance services are based on several key areas, such as developing a guidance roadmap, facilitating the process of choosing an appropriate specialization for the student, analyzing the results of career interest assessments, and identifying educational and professional preferences and interests according to the educational pathway.
