dedicated and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team and support our learners in discovering their potential and making informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students on academic pathways, subject selections, and career opportunities.
- Support students in preparing for higher education admissions (UAE and international universities).
- Conduct career guidance workshops, seminars, and assessments for students and parents.
- Assist in organizing university fairs, guest lectures, and internship/placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align counseling with students academic strengths and goals.
- Maintain updated knowledge on university admission requirements, scholarships, and global education trends.
- Offer personal development and soft skills training (e.g., communication, time management, study skills).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Career Counselor in UAE
- Strong knowledge of global university application processes (UAE, UK, USA, Canada, India, and others).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Certifications in career counseling/psychometric testing will be an added advantage.
