Job Description

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required associate degree in finance, business, or hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or casino cage operations
  • Strong understanding of financial procedures and gaming regulations
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential transactions
  • Proficiency in casino systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
Task Description:
  • Accurately process cash exchanges, chip redemptions, marker issuance, and account settlements for casino guests
  • Provide courteous, professional service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Verify identification and documentation for all transactions in accordance with gaming regulations and company policy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation at all times
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor discrepancies with professionalism
  • Adhere to all internal controls, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift
  • Report any suspicious activity, discrepancies, or procedural violations to the Cage Supervisor
  • Maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and responsible gaming standards
  • Assist in preparing daily transaction summaries and balancing reports
  • Monitor inventory levels of cash, chips, and other instruments, and notify supervisors of replenishment needs
  • Support the drop and count procedures as required, ensuring accuracy and security
  • Collaborate with Cage, Count, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational workflow
  • Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with Wynn's grooming and conduct standards
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment, supporting teamwork and service excellence
