Cashier

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Cashier. The Cashier will handle customer transactions, process payments accurately, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with queries or concerns. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate cash balances, reconciling receipts at the end of shifts, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in payment processing, cash handling, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
