Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cashier at OarcEgypt, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Cashier will be responsible for managing cash transactions with customers, processing payments accurately, handling exchanges and refunds, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities may include keeping records of transactions, balancing the register at the start and end of shifts, and assisting with other tasks as required by the store operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong numerical skills and accuracy in cash handling
  • Customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and transaction processing
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints or disputes professionally
  • Previous experience in retail or cashiering is desirable but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
