Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier, located in Middle East. The Cashier will be responsible for managing cash transactions, operating point-of-sale systems, processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling customer inquiries. Maintaining an organized workspace, counting cash accurately at the start and end of shifts, managing balances, and addressing cash discrepancies will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash transactions efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and address customer inquiries.
  • Accuracy in cash handling, counting money, and reconciling balances.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or service environment while maintaining organization and composure.
  • Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in basic accounting or retail operations are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
