Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for managing all cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing, and providing a positive experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
- Coordinate with the floor staff and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
- Assist in daily reporting and record-keeping for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a cashier in the hospitality or retail industry is preferred.
- Basic mathematical and accounting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
