Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end buying activities for the Nutrition category (supplements, vitamins, protein, health products, etc.).

Source new products and suppliers in line with market trends and customer demand.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, promotions, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and place purchase orders to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Analyse sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover to optimize category profitability.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotions, launches, and campaigns.

Ensure all nutrition products comply with local regulations, quality standards, and certifications.

Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and supplier records in the system.

Track competitor activity and market trends to keep the category competitive.

Resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
