Job Description

Job Description :

Anow is Amazon's quick commerce offering in Saudi Arabia, delivering everyday essentials in 15 minutes from dark stores across Saudi. We are scaling fast toward market leadership in one of the most competitive quick commerce markets globally.

As Category Manager, you will support the end-to-end performance of one or more product categories across Anow SA - executing on selection, availability, and commercial priorities set by senior category leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable diving into data, coordinating across teams, and driving category improvements at pace. You will work closely with Senior Category Managers, Vendor Managers, and Operations to translate category strategy into daily execution.

Key job responsibilities
Monitor category performance metrics daily - GMS, units, availability, SWOOS - and flag gaps with clear root cause analysis.

Maintain and expand the in-stock assortment: identify missing ASINs, coordinate with Vendor Managers to accelerate onboarding, and track listing progress.

Support vendor negotiations and commercial terms under the guidance of senior category leadership.

Conduct regular competitive analysis across Ninja, Keeta, Noon, and Hungerstation to surface selection and availability gaps in your categories.

Prepare category inputs for commercial events (Ramadan, National Day, Back to School): inventory requirements, promotional plans, and readiness checklists.

Coordinate with Replenishment and Inbound to resolve availability issues and ensure category-level in-stock targets are met.

Build and maintain category dashboards and performance reports to support weekly and monthly business reviews.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience in category management, buying, retail merchandising, or a related commercial role

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working cross functionally across several teams
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or grocery retail category management
- Familiarity with quick commerce or on-demand delivery business models
- Strong analytical skills proficiency in Excel or SQL to independently pull and interpret data
- Knowledge of the Saudi or GCC retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
