Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage and oversee specific fresh category (fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood,dairy), developing category strategies and procurement plans;
2.Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competition to optimize product assortment and improve sales and profitability;
3.Handle supply chain management, establish strong relationships with suppliers, conduct procurement negotiations, control costs, and optimize supply channels; 4.Monitor inventory and product turnover, develop promotional strategies to enhance inventory turnover and reduce waste;
5.Collaborate with various departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth product supply, quality, and market promotion;
6.Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure business compliance and continuously optimize procurement and operational processes;
7.Lead and train the team to enhance professional capabilities and work efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, supply chain management, food science, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in category management or procurement in the fresh food industry, preferably in retail, quick commerce (Q-commerce),e-commerce, or supermarkets/hypermarkets
2.Strong understanding of market trends, supply chain systems, and category management methods in the fresh food industry.
3.Excellent negotiation, data analysis, and market insight skills.
4.Strong communication, coordination, and team management experience.
5.High sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and keen business acumen with an innovative mindset.
