Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Specialist located in Riyadh. The Catering Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing catering sales activities to drive revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes fostering client relationships, developing sales strategies, coordinating catering events, and working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality services. The role will also require maintaining meticulous records of client details and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Catering Sales and Sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage operations and coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a team, excellent communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software systems
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Catering Market Experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a MUST
• Experience in SALES CALLS and Market Segmentation
