Job Title: CCTV Monitoring Officer

Salary Upto : 3000 AED/Month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Officer to oversee and manage security operations via surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, the ability to respond calmly under pressure, and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate incident logging and effective coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage to detect suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety issues
- Promptly report and document incidents in a clear and timely manner
- Coordinate with on-site security staff, management, and other departments when incidents occur
- Ensure all CCTV systems and related equipment are operational; report any malfunctions immediately
- Follow established protocols for incident response, emergency handling, and data security
- Retrieve and review recorded footage to assist in investigations as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all information with discretion and integrity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong observational skills with high attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV software/systems
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional, reliable, and ethical approach to duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with standard security protocols and emergency procedures
- Certification in security or surveillance monitoring (if applicable)
