Position: CCTV Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Supervisor to join our team. As a CCTV Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of our CCTV systems. You will also be responsible for managing a team of CCTV technicians and ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of CCTV systems.
  • Manage the CCTV operation, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the CCTV department.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CCTV system and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Conduct regular inspections of CCTV equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure that all CCTV footage is properly stored and archived for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  • Train new CCTV technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that CCTV systems are integrated with other security systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to any emergency situations that may arise and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate records of all CCTV activities, including maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and operation.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including analog and IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
  • Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
