We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to grow Canon's core product sales and expand opportunities in Office Imaging and Solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, customer engagement, and contributing to the UAE's innovation and digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account plans for existing and new business customers, with a focus on strategic growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive profitability and service excellence through hardware and solutions sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful business development and customer satisfaction.
  • Build deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer buying processes, policies, and cycles.
  • Manage and optimize existing contracts to ensure maximum value.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates using Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Participate in regular progress reviews with the Sales Manager and Head of Sales.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with new/existing customers, aligned with performance KPIs.
  • Identify and engage new business customers through multi-channel outreach.
  • Ensure achievement of core KPIs (Revenue, Solutions, Gross Margin).
  • Maintain up-to-date records in SFDC to track account progress.
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts.
