We are looking for a Celebrity Acquisition Officer to identify, engage, and manage relationships with celebrities, influencers, and public figures across the GCC and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced influencer landscape and thrives on creating meaningful, high-impact partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the team, you will play a key role in sourcing and managing talent collaborations from discovery to execution:
- Identify and engage celebrities, influencers, and public figures aligned with brand strategy.
- Proactively reach out, pitch collaboration concepts, and secure partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong, up-to-date network of talents across GCC and international markets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with talent, managers, PR agencies, and representatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for all talent-related communications, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, and product) to align partnerships with campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, including content delivery and promotional commitments.
- Track and evaluate performance of collaborations and provide actionable insights.
- Stay continuously updated on emerging influencers, viral trends, and shifting audience behaviors.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify new partnership opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent acquisition, or celebrity management.
- (Strong fresh graduates with proven interest and exposure are encouraged to apply.)
- Strong, up-to-date understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and digital content performance.
- Active daily user of platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and emerging channels.
- Clear familiarity with trending influencers in the GCC region and ability to identify rising talent.
- Demonstrated ability (academic, internship, or professional) to research and shortlist relevant influencers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Arab Nationals Required)
