Position summary:
As the center coordinator, you will be the face of the centerproviding a warm, professional first impression to all visitors. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, engaging with clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the center. Your role bridges customer service, operations, and sales coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to all walk-in clients, delivering a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Understand client needs, recommend appropriate service packages, and support them in making informed decisions.
- Assist sales counsellors during client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
- Negotiate pricing, address client objections, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering long-term engagement.
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service delivery.
- Coordinate and support center events, workshops, and promotional activities to drive client engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Ensure the center environment is organized, clean, and professional at all times.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident in handling sales discussions and negotiations.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.
