Job Summary:

COE Clinical Programs are evidence-based clinical programs aiming for partnership with the patient and Families managing their health, well-being & disease end to end aiming to improve their Lifestyle. Responsible for rendering a smooth patient journey in all activities and ensuring continuity of patient services in a smooth manner at the COE Clinical Programs designated.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Booking and registering enrolled patients and all required appointments and other needed services. Setting up the annual appointments calendar and sharing it with the patient & COE team. Follow up on all the appointments and ensure it is done as planned. Execute any needed changes requested by patients.
  2. Patient Journey Management Act As a point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey within the clinic. Ensure a smooth patient flow from check-in to check-out, coordinating with various departments to minimize waiting time.
  3. Address any issues or concerns raised by the patient during their visit before or after and provide timely resolution.
  4. Same-day confirmation/reminder for the patient appointments.
  5. Main operational Driver Targeting higher check-in for services & improving patient compliance to care.
  6. Communicate with patients and their families to provide instructions, appointment reminders, and relevant information regarding their visit.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient appointments, issues, and resolutions.
  8. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling sensitive patient information.
  9. Providing general administrative support to the COE Operations & identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  10. Perform other professional duties requested by the line manager

Education / Professional Qualifications:

  • Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in health/public/business administration or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience within a related field.

Experts & Skills:

  • Excellent Command of oral and written English & Arabic.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
