To manage the sales of the company products and to support in the designing and conducting of sales strategies to meet the sales objectives.
Core Accountabilities
- Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives.
- Support in the monitoring and controlling of the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Generate the sales of the company products through a team of salesmen to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales.
- Provide distributors and customers with information about new or improved products and services to improve the sales.
- Support in the developing and maintaining of an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- Implement all sales administration procedures to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
- Oversee and follow up with the supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained in order to meet the sales delivery schedules, provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer.
- Communicate with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing is available to provide brand visibility and promote the sales.
- Plan and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
- Understand the local customs and economics of the distribution channel in order to take decisions for effective stock distribution of the products.
Policies, System, Processes and Procedures
- Manage the development and implementation of the Engineering policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas for improvement, to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure Employees understand and follow Nadec's compliance policies and legal obligations, act with integrity, report any violations, participate in training, and support audits or investigations to ensure ethical and compliant operations.
Change Management
- Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering best practices.
Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization's policies and standards.
Center Specialist will be located in Nadec Offices and will travel to other Nadec Locations as per business needs.

- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.
