Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Central Air Conditioning Network Engineer located in New Cairo. The role involves overseeing HVAC systems maintenance, conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, ensuring the optimal performance of air conditioning systems, and managing the overall functionality of the facility's climate control infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) and Building Services to ensure efficient operations
- Hands-on skills in Building Maintenance, with a focus on central air conditioning systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for HVAC systems and building services
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous
