Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our high-volume central kitchen serving 10,000+ employees of multiple nationalities
What You Will Do
- Plan weekly menus rotating across Asian & Oriental cuisines
- Oversee daily production of breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the right quantities
- Manage kitchen supervisors, cooks, packers, and cleaners
- Coordinate packing and delivery of meals to multiple construction sites using insulated containers
- Ensure food arrives hot and on time for shift changes
- Enforce hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Handle procurement of meat, vegetables, rice, spices, and packaging materials
- Control food costs and minimize waste
- Maintain simple records in Excel Sheets for daily meal counts, inventory, and complaints
- Report weekly to your manager on performance and issues
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Business Administration)
- 10+ years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor in food service operations
- Proven experience managing a central kitchen or large-scale catering platforms)
- Strong knowledge of procurement, menu design, food costing, and logistics
- Good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- GCC experience is highly recommended and preferred, especially in the construction sector.
