Responsibilities:
Communicates with the general staff on the CEO's behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
Organising meetings and appointments
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
Finance Background.
Able to handle different tasks.
Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
Owns a Car.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
