Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Position reports directly to the CEO.
  • Assists the CEO with daily duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Arranging detailed travel plans, agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

Communicates with the general staff on the CEO's behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.

Organising meetings and appointments

Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in any relevant major

Finance Background.

Able to handle different tasks.

Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic

Owns a Car.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Excellent writing skills
