Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
CEO's Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Support in strategic planning and daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) this role requires professional-level English communication
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
