About Rebalance
Rebalance is a premium ladies only studio in Dubai dedicated to movement, strength, and mindful living. Our space combines Reformer Pilates, yoga, and community-driven wellness experiences in a beautiful, uplifting environment.
We are looking for a full-time Pilates Instructor who brings energy, warmth, and passion to every class and enjoys being part of a growing wellness community.
Role Overview:
As a Pilates Instructor at Rebalance, you will lead engaging and high-quality Reformer Pilates classes, help build a strong studio community, and create an environment where clients feel motivated, supported, and excited to return.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and confident in leading dynamic classes that inspire clients of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Class Delivery
- Lead 25 Reformer Pilates classes per week with professionalism and energy
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging classes for different levels
- Provide clear cues, form corrections, and personalized attention to clients
- Create a motivating and welcoming atmosphere in every session
Community & Client Experience
- Build genuine relationships with clients and contribute to a strong studio community
- Encourage member retention through positive engagement and support
- Participate in studio events, wellness activations, and community initiatives
- Support new members and help them feel comfortable and confident in their practice
Studio Collaboration
- Work closely with the studio team to maintain high class standards
- Contribute ideas for classes, workshops, and community experiences
- Represent the Rebalance brand with professionalism and positivity
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification required)
- Experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes in a studio environment
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and safe movement practices
- Friendly, lively, and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Passion for wellness, movement, and community building

- Salary: AED 12,000 per month (25 classes per week included in the role)
