We are currently seeking a Change Manager SAP ERP & IS Retail Implementation for our Retail business in Dubai.

Grandiose is a home-grown retail chain that offers customers a unique shopping and dining experience in the UAE. As a fast-growing and dynamic business, we are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and technology-driven Change Manager for the SAP ERP implementation project in Dubai.
Job Purpose:
The Change Manager leads the people and adoption aspects of our SAP ERP and IS Retail transformation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring employees across the business understand, engage with, and adopt the new systems and ways of working.
The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a structured change management approach that supports user readiness, minimizes resistance, and accelerates the realization of benefits across multiple business entities.
Responsibilities in Brief:
Change Management Strategy & Planning
Develop a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the ERP programme&aposs objectives.
Identify impacted stakeholder groups and define tailored engagement plans.
Work closely with the Business Project Manager and system integrator to integrate change activities into the overall programme plan.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Develop and execute communication plans to inform, engage, and prepare stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them to become active sponsors of change.
Facilitate feedback loops and ensure two-way communication is maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Training & Enablement
Define the training strategy, including user segmentation, delivery approach (e.g., train-the-trainer, eLearning, classroom), and content development.
Coordinate the execution of training programmes in collaboration with functional leads and HR.
Monitor training effectiveness and adjust delivery as needed to ensure knowledge retention and user confidence.
Organizational Readiness
Conduct readiness assessments and change impact analyses to anticipate and manage resistance.
Monitor adoption metrics, change risks, and user sentiment before and after go-live.
Provide recommendations and actions to improve organizational adoption.
Support Model Design
Work with the IT and business teams to define the post-go-live support model (e.g., helpdesk structure, floorwalker deployment, user support channels).
Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation handover to business-as-usual teams.
Required Qualification and experince :
Proven experience in leading change management for ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA or IS Retail.
Deep understanding of organizational change, stakeholder dynamics, and communication strategies.
Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and influencing skills across multiple levels and entities.
Strong planning and project coordination capabilities with a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with change management frameworks is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and geographies.
Experience in training design and execution for large user populations.
