We are seeking an experienced Channel Alliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement with existing partners, onboarding new partners, and ensuring they are well equipped to introduce DataPatrol products to their clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our partners are aligned with our vision, mission, and values, and that they are prepared to deliver the best solutions to our shared clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing partners to maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand and can effectively represent DataPatrol products.
- Manage deal registration, ensuring seamless processes for both DataPatrol and its partners.
- Conduct regular partner training to ensure they are knowledgeable about product updates, market positioning, and value propositions.
- Ensure partners believe in and are aligned with DataPatrol vision, mission, and value.
- Track and follow up on leads, ensuring that partners are progressing opportunities.
- Travel as required to maintain strong partner engagement and support business development efforts across regions.
- Regularly update partners on new developments and resources to help them succeed in selling DataPatrol products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, systems engineers, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives. Foster teamwork and a collaborative spirit across all functions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of the business ecosystem within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to drive results through partnerships and channel engagement.
- Strong team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align efforts with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to maintain relationships and support partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of successful partner management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
