About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Channel Operations team. This role is critical in supporting our broker network and internal teams by managing backend operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Handle broker events operations.
- Handle broker onboarding and agreement management.
- Manage commission processing and ensure timely payouts.
- Coordinate events and maintain smooth interdepartmental communication (Procurement, Accounts, Channels, Audit, MIS).
- Support Channel Relationship Managers with backend tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good system knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Data analytics.
- Making reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salesforce experience is an add on.
