Wholesale & Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary
Lectronic is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Wholesale & Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our wholesale business across the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electronics industry and a proven track record of building and managing distribution channels, developing relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and driving market penetration beyond traditional showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute wholesale and channel sales strategies to expand Lectronic's market presence across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and manage a strong network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and resellers.
- Identify and onboard new business partners in Riyadh, Jeddah, Eastern Province, and other regions across the Kingdom.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and channel partners to maximize sales growth and market coverage.
- Design competitive wholesale pricing structures, trade promotions, and dealer incentive programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Analyze product performance, sales trends, and inventory turnover to optimize profitability.
- Forecast demand and prepare sales plans aligned with company targets.
- Represent the company in negotiations with distributors, retailers, and major customers.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in wholesale sales, channel sales, or distribution management within the electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi electronics wholesale market, preferably with experience in Al Batha market or similar trading environments.
- Established relationships with electronics retailers, regional distributors, wholesalers, and mobile accessories stores.
- Previous experience with products such as:
- Smart TVs
- Mobile accessories
- Apple products and accessories
- Small home appliances
- Smart devices and consumer electronics
- Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Experience in inventory management, stock rotation, and demand forecasting.
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies, wholesale margins, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
