Job Summary
Oxygen Home Health Care is looking for a skilled Charge Nurse to lead our home-care nursing team. The successful candidate must hold a valid DHA license and have ICU experience. Fluency in Tagalog is required to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff; participate in training and development activities.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescriptions and protocols.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals about care plans and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Provide leadership and clinical support in a home-care setting.
Qualifications
- Current DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license.
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
- Home-care experience is an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Tagalog is required.
- Basic Arabic is a plus.
- Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
